Ekonomsko-ekološki due diligence kroz prizmu eksploatacije neobnovljivih izvora energije

AB  - U savremenim uslovima privredjivanja, opstanak, kao i rast vs razvoj korporacija biće nezamislivi bez eksploatacije adekvatnih izvora energije. Poslovni izazov, upodobljene vrste, iz ugla savremenog shvatanja razvoja, formom imperativa, posmatramo vs analiziramo kroz prizmu dveju kauzalno – posledičnih varijabli, odnosno, na relaciji ekonomija – ekologija. Prema tradicionalnom shvatanju, razvoj korporacije nije bio realan bez intenzivnije eksploatacije određenog (ih) izvora energije, uz element irelevantnosti adekvatnosti istog, upravo, uzev u respekt potrebu za zaštitom životne sredine. Insistiranje na propulzivnijem rastu i razvoju korporacija, vremenom, efektuira u visoko izvesnom nivou polucije, odnosno, u sveopštem devastiranju ekosistema. Međutim, najnovija dešavanja, a, vezano za izbijanje „energetske krize“, na polju eksploatacije heterogenih izvora, implicira potrebu vraćanja na njihovo tradicionalno shvatanje, odnosno, ka fokusiranju na neobnovljive izvore energije. Drugi razlog njihovog sve većeg afirmisanja leži u činjenici, već, postojeće (izgrađene) eksploatacione infrastrukture, čime su, osim, razrađenih kapaciteta proizvodnje, istovremeno, obezbeđeni i redukovani troškovi, upravo, iz aspekta pozitivnih efekata implicirajućih iz koncepta „ekonomije obima“. Među krucijalnim razlozima afirmacije eksploatacije neobnovljivih izvora energije nalazimo i mogućnost upotrebe ekogenih, kao i energetsko – štednih tehnologija. Najzad, korporacije koriste one izvore energije, koji se nalaze u njihovom 
neposrednom okruženju.
AB  - In modern economic conditions, the survival, as well as the growth and development of corporations will be unthinkable without the exploitation of adequate energy sources. The business challenge, of the appropriate kind, from the point of view of the modern understanding of development, in the form of an imperative, is observed vs. analyzed through the prism of two causal-consequential variables, that is, in the relationship between economy and ecology. According to the traditional understanding, the development of the corporation was not realistic without more intensive exploitation of certain energy source(s), with the element of irrelevance 
of its adequacy, precisely, taking into account the need for environmental protection. Insisting on more propulsive growth and development of corporations, over time, results in a highly certain level of pollution, that is, in the general devastation of the ecosystem. However, the latest developments, related to the outbreak of the “energy crisis”, in the field of exploitation of heterogeneous sources, imply the need to return to their traditional understanding, that is, to focus on non-renewable energy sources. The second reason for their increasing affirmation lies in the fact of the already 
existing (built) exploitation infrastructure, which, in addition to the developed production capacities, simultaneously ensured and reduced costs, precisely from the aspect of positive effects implied by the concept of “economy of scale”. Among the crucial reasons for affirming the exploitation of 
non-renewable energy sources, we find the possibility of using ecogenic, as well as energy-saving technologies. Finally, corporations use those energy sources that are in their immediate environment.

AB  - The period of the pandemic, caused by the Corona virus, is known to have had a significant impact on the economy both globally and locally. Normalization and stabilization of business in the post-pandemic period is a very serious and difficult task. Tourism was one of the most endangered industries during this period, which not only suffered huge losses but also certain changes in the way of doing business. The health tourism services market had a high potential for growth and development even before the pandemic, and in the post-pandemic period it is certain to expect an increase in demand and interest in this form of tourism. AP of Vojvodina has a wide range of services in the offer of health tourism. It is necessary to precisely target and successfully communicate with the target groups in order to present the offer of healthy tourism in AP of Vojvodina. Marketing activities will require a high level of innovation and creativity in order to attract tourists and promote AP of Vojvodina, as the destination of health tourism.

AB  - Učešće građana u procesu donošenja odluka na lokalnom nivou je jedan od neophodnih uslova za postojanje demokratskog društva. Značaj uključivanja lokalnih proizvođača u ovaj proces je veoma bitan jer su oni ti koji doprinose razvoju lokalne zajednice i poboljšanju uslova za život i rad u njoj. Autori se u radu bave pitanjima koliko su lokalni proizvođači u županiji Vesprem i Balaton regionu upoznati sa pravom da aktivno učestvuju u kreiranju javnih politika na lokalnom nivou, u kojoj meri koriste ova svoja prava i sa kojim se preprekama pri tom suočavaju. Kako bi se problem sagledao u celini, istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni kako lokalni proizvođači/građani, tako i predstavnici lokalnih vlasti. Sam rad se sastoji iz tri dela. Nakon uvoda i osvrta na pravnu regulativu, u drugom delu su prikazani rezultati sprovedene ankete/upitnika. Preporuke za unapređenje učešća građana u kreiranju javnih politika na lokalnom nivou, u pomenutom regionu, su iznete u poslednjem delu rada.
AB  - The participation of citizens in decision-making process at the local level is a prerequisite for the existence of a democratic society. The importance of local producers' involvement in this process is significant because they contribute to the development of the local community and improve its living conditions. The authors deal with the questions of how the local producers in the Veszprém County and the Balaton Region are familiar with these rights, to what extent they use them and what the obstacles for citizen participation in public life at the local level are. In order to examine the whole problem, the survey also includes the representatives of local authorities. This research consists of three parts. After introduction and legislative review, in the second part the results of the survey are presented. The combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research that is characteristic for social sciences is used. Finally, in the last part, recommendations for the improvement of the participation of local citizens in creating the public policies at the local level in the mentioned region are presented.

Social Entrepreneurship in Serbia: The State of Play

AB  - This paper takes stock at key policy issues underpinning the development of social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Serbia. It consists of four chapters. Chapter 1 provides the general context of the paper. It sets out the general policy context and discusses the roots of social entrepreneurship in Serbia, as well as the perceived policy factors which have facilitated its development in the last decade. The general findings of the first official survey on social enterprises in Serbia are also discussed in this chapter. Chapter 2 examines the legal framework governing or impacting on social entrepreneurship. It first provides a critical overview of the framework regulation for enterprises for employment and professional rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, civil society organisations (CSOs) and social cooperatives, respectively. Thereafter, it proceeds with the analyses of pertinent tax law and the legal framework for public financing of CSOs, as well as the legal and policy framework for social service provision. An analysis of the legal framework for volunteers concludes this chapter. Chapter 3 presents the results of the first pilot survey on social enterprises in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Vajdasag Autonom Tartomany), which was conducted in 2016. Conclusions on the state of play of social entrepreneurship in Serbia, including measures which could conceivably facilitate its further development, are presented in Chapter 4.

AB  - U ovom radu prikazani su primeri industrijskog i rudarskog turizma u svetu i regionu sa njihovim najbitnijim karakteristikama. Primeri su izabrani prema njihovom značaju na svetskom i regionalnom nivou, ali ujedno i kao paradigmatični u oblasti industrijskog turizma. Izdvojene su i opisane osnovne karakteristike samih lokacija i celokupne turističke ponude u okviru kojih se valorizuju vrednosti industrijskog i rudarskog nasleđa. Opisan je detaljno okvir postojeće i buduće turističke ponude na prostoru kostolačkog rudarskog basena kao prostora sa najvećom perspektivom razvoja rudarskog turizma u Srbiji. U okviru zaključka izdvojene su neophodne osnovne zajedničke karakteristike i aktivnosti koje mogu dovesti do poboljašanja efekata rudarske turističke ponude.
AB  - This paper presents examples of industrial and mining tourism in the world and the region with their most important characteristics. The basic characteristics of the locations and the complete offer of tourism are highlighted and described within which the values of the mining heritage are valued. Valorization of the industrial and within it, mining tourism can be a significant incentive for the region, especially in the conditions of reduction or complete suspension of mining activities. The exploitation of mining and tourism potentials also contributes to the preservation of the mining heritage and regional identity. The revitalization of the area creates conditions for the enrichment and development of new tourist attractions and destinations. Activation of these potentials must be planned and in accordance with the interests of all stakeholders, accompanied by clear and realistic economic analyzes of cost-effectiveness of projects, risk analysis and assessment of development opportunities. Community involvement at local, regional and national levels is mandatory for optimal results. The partnership between different levels of government, local industry, craft activities, tourist organizations and associations, scientific and educational institutions should provide a coordinated initiative for the exploitation of industrial heritage.

AB  - Poslednjih nekoliko decenija, bez sumnje je period krupnih i brzih promena u međunarodnom okruženju. Među njima je posebno izražen povećani značaj uslužnog sektora i u okviru njega turizma, koji sve više predstavlja kulturnu i civilizacijsku potrebu savremenog čoveka. S obzirom na ekonomske i šire društvene konotacije turizma, on je danas uobličen u “industriju bez granica”. U uslovima globalizacije i opšteg ubrzanja promena turizam, kao privredna delatnost i ekonomsko-društveni fenomen, dobija sve više na značaju. Turističke destinacije na različitim nivoima - od država, teritorija, pokrajina, entiteta, regiona, okruga, gradova, do ruralnih područja, imaju potrebu da strategijski osmišljavaju i sprovode svoje konkurentske strategije u funkciji stvaranja jedinstvene ponude, vrednosti i konkurentske prednosti. Konkurentska prednost turističke destinacije predstavlja sistem: turističke ponude, marketing aktivnosti, upravljačko - organizacione strukture, kreiranja odgovarajućeg okruženja i ispunjavanja očekivanja, koji ima jedinstvenu prednost u odnosu na konkurente. U tom smislu predmet istraživanja ovog rada je primena strategijskog menadžmenta sa stanovišta procesa i sadržaja kako bi turističke destinacije stvorile i održale konkurentsku prednost.
AB  - In the conditions of globalization and acceleration of changes, tourism, as an economic activity and economic and social phenomenon, becomes increasingly important. State, territory, province, entity, regional, district, city to rural area tourism destinations need to strategically envisage and implement their competitive strategies in order to create a unique value proposition and competitive advantage. The competitive advantage of the tourist destination represents the system of tourist offer, marketing activities, organizational structure; creating a suitable environment and met expectations, which has a unique advantage over its competitors. In this sense, the subject of this paper is the application of strategic management from the standpoint of process and content in order for the tourist destinations to create and maintain competitive advantage. Investigation of the existing tourism development strategies in Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia and Republic of Srpska indicates a major problem of insufficient coordination and integration of unique tourism destination value proposition, at the regional, state level and their interconnectedness within clusters.

AB  - Ruralni turizam je u isto vreme i stara i nova pojava. Interesovanje za rekreaciju u seoskim predelima počelo je da raste već u XIX veku, kao reakcija na pritisak rastuće urbanizacije i industrijalizacije. Srbija ima velike potencijale za razvoj ruralnog turizma. Prirodne lepote u kombinaciji sa kulturom, tradicijom, festivalima, gastronomskim specijalitetima i muzikom, mogu postati prepoznatljiv turistički brend, koji bi doprineo značajnom deviznom prihodu i popravio imidž zemlje. Međutim, trenutno dostignuti nivo konkurentnosti Srbije u sferi ruralnog turizma nije naročito dobar, nezavisno od činjenice da za njegov razvoj postoje svi prirodni, kulturni i socijalni preduslovi (prirodni potencijali, značajno poljoprivredno zemljište, značajan broj poljoprivredno aktivnog stanovništva, tradicionalni pristup poljoprivredi, nezagađenost tla hemijskim supstancama i mogućnost proizvodnje 'zdrave hrane', dobar potencijal za razvoj komplementarnih aktivnosti kao što su šetnje, rekreacija, lov, ribolov, jahanje, učestvovanje u svakodnevnim poslovima seoskih domaćinstava, tradicionalni lokalni gastronomski specijaliteti i sl.). U ovom radu želimo da prikažemo resurse u Srbiji u sferi ruralnog turizma kao i moguće pravce razvoja ovog oblika turizma.
AB  - Rural tourism is both old and new phenomenon. The interest for recreation in the countryside began to grow as early as XIX century, as a reaction to the pressure of growing urbanization and industrialization. Serbia has great potentials for development of rural tourism. Natural beauty in combination with culture, tradition, festivals, gastronomic specialties and music, might become recognizable tourist brand, which could contribute to the significant monetary influx and improve the overall image of the country. However, current level of Serbia's competitiveness in the area of rural tourism is not particularly high, regardless of the fact that all of the natural, cultural and social prerequisites for its development already exist (natural potentials, significant farming land, great number of agriculturally active population, traditional approach to agriculture, lack of ground pollution as well as the possibility of producing 'healthy food', good potential for development of complementary activities such as hiking, recreation, hunting, fishing, riding and participating in everyday activities of the country folk, traditional local gastronomical specialties etc.). The goal of this paper is to show the resources of Serbia in the area of rural tourism as well as the possible development potentials of this form of tourism.

AB  - Proizvodnja vina u Republici Srbiji poslednjih pet godina beleži pozitivan trend. Struktura uvoza i izvoza vina ukazuje na potrebu za boljim brendiranjem srpskih vina radi povećanja njihove prepoznatljivosti na tržištu. Danas u Srbiji preovlađuju mali, porodični vinogradi i vinarije u ruralnim područjima i u njima se uzgajaju razne sorte vinove loze, a proizvode se često veoma kvalitetna vina. Zastupljenost vinarija u turističkoj ponudi je nedovoljno i sporadično razvijena, bez jasne strategije na republičkom i lokalnom nivou. Potrebno je podstaći njihovo uključivanje u turističke tokove, pre svega, kroz razvoj puteva vina. Obogaćivanjem ugostiteljskih sadržaja u vinarijama, bili bi ispunjeni preduslovi za uspešan razvoj ne samo vinskog, već i agroturizma, jer bi turista tokom boravka mogao da se oproba u vinogradarskom životu iz prve ruke.
AB  - Over the last five years, the wine production in the Republic of Serbia has had a positive trend. The structure of wine import and export indicates the need for better branding of Serbian wines to increase their visibility in the market. Today, small and family vineyards as well as wineries in the rural areas of Serbia prevail. All sorts of vines are grown there, and the products are often very high-quality wines. Representation of wineries in tourism industry is insufficiently developed and sporadic, with no clear strategy at a national and local level. Their involvement in development of tourism should be encouraged primarily through the development of wine routes. By improving hospitality facilities in wineries, all the preconditions would be met for the successful development, not only of wine industry, but also of agritourism since during their stay, tourists could try out and experience vineyard farm life at firsthand.

AB  - Unapređenje hotelske ponude uvođenjem različitih sadržaja i usluga (bazeni, barovi, kongresne sale, specijalizovani restorani, raznovrsna i atraktivna gastronomska ponuda), uz strategijski i holistički pristup razvoju hotelsko - turističke delatnosti, vodi povećanju turističkog prometa i turističke potrošnje. Savremena turistička tražnja je veoma zahtevna i sofisticirana, posebno po pitanju novih gastronomskih sadržaja i trendova. Verski običaji, različiti načini i tradicije življenja, vegetarijanstvo, organska hrana, makrobiotika i sl., determiniraju određenu svest o izboru namirnica i ishrane kod mnogih turista. Restorani koji su poznati po dobrom kvalitetu svoje gastronomske ponude i usluge su u jačoj konkurentskoj poziciji od restorana koji ne drže kontinuitet u visokom kvalitetu proizvoda i usluga. Kreiranje restorana sa organskom, makrobiotičkom ili vegetarijanskom hranom može biti značajan oblik marketing strategije u funkciji uspostavljanja superiornog kvaliteta ugostiteljskog proizvoda i ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti po tom osnovu.
AB  - Improving Hotel offers by introducing different contents and services (swimming pools, bars, conference rooms, specialized restaurants, diverse and attractive cuisine), with strategic and holistic approach to the hotel - tourist activities, can lead to increased tourist traffic and tourist spending. The modern touristic demand is very critical and sophisticated, particularly in the terms of content and new culinary trends. Religious customs, traditions and different ways of living, vegetarianism, organic food, healthy food, slow food etc., determine the specific consciousness of the choice of foods and nutrition for many tourists. The restaurants known for their fine gastronomy and service are in a stronger competitive position than restaurants that do not keep the continuity of high quality products and services. Creating a restaurant with an organic, macrobiotic or vegetarian food can be a significant form of marketing strategy aim to establish a superior quality catering industry products and achievement of competitive advantage in that respect.

AB  - Poslednjih nekoliko decenija je bez sumnje period krupnih i brzih promena u međunarodnom okruženju. Među njima je posebno izražen povećani značaj uslužnog sektora i u okviru njega turizma, koji sve više predstavlja kulturnu i civilizacijsku potrebu savremenog čoveka. S obzirom na ekonomske i šire društvene uticaje, turizam je danas prerastao u 'industriju bez granica' ili složen multidimenzionalan sistem. Uticaji se ogledaju u broju učesnika u domaćem i međunarodnom turističkom prometu, u razvoju turističke ponude i širenje na sve delove sveta. Turizam, koga karakteriše velika elastičnost tražnje ipak trpi uticaje globalne ekološke, društvene, ali i ekonomske krize. Polazna pretpostavka ovog istraživanja je bila da su uticaji svetske ekonomske krize bili manje vidljivi u turizmu nego u nekim drugim oblastima i to kako globalno tako i u prostoru Srbije. U tom smislu je za cilj istraživanja postavljeno da se, na bazi analize zvaničnih podataka koji ilustruju uticaje krize na promet turista, utvrdi jačina i prostori tih uticaja. Podaci zvanične statistike WTO-a ukazuju da su ti uticaji manji nego što se očekivalo. Prvi talas ekonomske krize doveo je do značajnog pada u broju turista, ali je turizam pokazao izuzetnu otpornost na krizu i elastičnost tokom trajanja drugog talasa ekonomske i finansijske krize.
AB  - Recent decades are undoubtedly the period of large and rapid changes in the international environment. Among these changes the most obvious one was the increase in the importance of the service sector and particularly tourism, which is more and more cultural and civilizational necessity of modern man. Given the wider economic and social connotations of tourism, it has now become the 'industry without borders' or a complex multidimensional system. Its influences can most clearly be seen in the number of participants in the domestic and international tourist traffic, in the development of tourist offer and its expansion all over the world. Tourism, which is characterized by high elasticity of demand, has been influenced by global ecological, social and economic crisis. The starting assumption of this study was that the effects of the global economic crisis were less visible in tourism than in any other area, both globally and in Serbia. In this sense, the objective of this study is to illustrate the effects of the crisis on the traffic of tourists, to find the strengths and places of these effects, based on the analysis of official data. Official statistics of the WTO suggest that these effects are lower than expected. The first wave of economic crisis has led to a significant drop in the number of tourists, but tourism has shown extraordinary resilience and elasticity during the second wave of economic and financial crisis.

Green Trends in the Hotel Industry - Status and Opportunities of Serbia

AB  - So-called "green" hotels that are trying to respect the rules of environmental pollution and reduce it to a minimum have become wide spread recently. The main principle of this trend is to use a variety of methods of responsible hotel operations, to reduce energy, water consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, to take care of the decomposition of solid waste and increase the recycling of waste materials, to use conventional detergents and other chemical agents to the lower measure and replace it by harmless "organic", to prevent or at least reduce the pollution of the environment and, wherever possible to preserve local biodiversity. In this paper, the authors provide an overview of green trends in the hotel industry with a focus on status and opportunities in Serbia.

AB  - Evropa je sa stanovišta učešća u turističkom prometu i potrošnji već decenijama najznačajnije turističko područje sveta. U granicama Evropske unije nalaze se najrazvijenije inicijativne i receptivne turističke zemlje. Dugi niz godina na području Evropske unije velika pažnja se posvećuje razvoju turizma odnosno razvoju pojedinih instrumenata i mera koje treba da omoguće skladan i kontinuiran razvoj turizma. Putem specijalizovanih institucija i fondova Evropska unija pomaže i direktno i indirektno učestvuje kroz razne forme u razvoju turizma i u ruralnim područjima, a jačanje politike ruralnog razvoja postao je jedan od najvećih prioriteta Evropske unije. Uzimajući u obzir značaj finansijske podrške Evropske unije u razvoju turizma, u ovom radu se daje kratak pregled sistema podrške Evropske unije u stimulisanju razvoja turizma, kao i fondova sa posebnim osvrtom na mogućnosti u razvoju seoskog turizma. .
AB  - From the view of participation in touristic market and expenditure, Europe has been the one of the most important touristic areas of the World for decades. Within the borders of European Union the most developed initial and receptive touristic countries are located. During the years, at European Union area, great concern has been dedicated to tourism development, apropos to special instruments and measures development which has to make possible harmonous and continuous tourism development, as well. Through special institutions and funds, European Union supports and directly and indirectly participates by different forms in touristic development in rural areas as well, and rural development policy has become one of the greatest European Union priority. Taking into consideration the importance of European Union financial support in tourism development, this work presents a short oversight of European Union supporting system related to tourism development stimulation, as well as funds with a special consideration to rural tourism development. .

U momentu pojačane urbanizacije i globalizacije, specifična i autohtona naselja koja verno oslikavaju duh i tradiciju prošlih vremena sve više dobijaju određeni kulturni, privredni, ali i turistički značaj i atraktivnost. Vojvodina ima dobre uslove za razvoj ruralnog turizma zahvaljujući geografskom položaju, raznolikom pejzažu (raznovrsni vidovi rekreacija), gastronomiji, folkloru, bogatoj kulturnoj baštini. Ruralni turizam u Vojvodini trebalo bi da doprinese očuvanju seoske sredine i kulturne baštine, ali i ekonomski motiviše lokalno stanovništvo da ostane na selu. Ovaj vid turizma mogao bi značajno da doprinese zaštiti prirode, ali i da omogući sredstva za opstanak i razvoj sela.
AB  - Vojvodina is a rural region, one of the most agricultural regions in Europe. Rural development, as an issue of regional policy, is a key instrument for restructuring the agricultural sector and making use of the villages potentially attractive to tourists. In times of increased urbanization and globalization, specific and authentic villages that truly reflect the spirit and tradition of the past are increasingly getting cultural, economic and touristic importance and attractiveness. Vojvodina has very good conditions for rural tourism development, mainly for its geographical location, diverse landscape (suitable for various forms of recreation), gastronomy, folklore and rich cultural heritage. Rural tourism in Vojvodina should contribute to the preservation of rural environment and cultural heritage, and also economically motivate local people to stay in the countryside. This type of tourism could significantly contribute to the protection of nature and provide resources for the existence and development of villages.

AB  - Savremeni turistički trendovi se odlikuju sve većim usmeravanjem ka ruralnim i "zelenim" destinacijama, posebno na području Evrope. U velikom broju zemalja Evropske unije u strategije razvoja regija i ruralnih područja uvršćen je seoski i ekološki turizam, koji pomažu u zadržavanju stanovništva u mestu, stvarajući nova radna mesta i doprinoseći društveno-ekonomskom napretku ovih regiona. Na području Evropske unije poslednjih decenija sve veća pažnja se posvećuje razvoju pojedinih instrumenata i mera koje treba da omogućuje skladan i kontinuirani razvoj turizma. Putem specijalizovanih institucija i fondova, Evropska unija pomaže i direktno učestvuje kroz razne forme u razvoju turizma i u ruralnim područjima, a jačanje politike ruralnog razvoja je postao jedan od najvećih prioriteta Evropske unije. Cilj ovog rada je da se ukaže na značaj fondova Evropske unije u finansiranju turističkih projekata, takođe i ukazivanje na značaj prekogranične saradnje turističkih subjekata Srbije, posebno u oblasti seoskog i ekološkog turizma.
AB  - More and more, modern trends in tourism are focusing on rural and "green" destinations, especially in European region. Large number of European countries embeds rural and eco-tourism into it’s regional and rural development strategies which not only helps keep population from emigrating these localities, but also creates new working places and contributes to socio-economic development of the region. In the last few decades, the European Union countries pay greatest attention to development of certain instruments and measures that should enable coherent and sustainable tourism development. With specialized institutions and funds, the EU helps and directly participates in tourism development of rural areas, and strengthening the rural development policy became one of its greatest priorities. The purpose of this paper is to point out the importance of EU funds in financing the tourism projects, as well as to show the importance of cross-the-border cooperation of tourism stakeholders in Serbia, especially concerning to rural and eco-tourism.

AB  - Događaji su svuda oko nas i nisu samo puki odgovor na ljudsku dokolicu, već su od svojih početaka imali značajan uticaj na kvalitet života ljudi. Istorijski gledano, potreba ljudi da trguju je iznedrila događaje. U savremenom društvu događaji imaju izraženu društvenu ulogu, imajući u vidu socijalne, kulturne, zabavne, ekonomske i druge potrebe stanovništva. Značaj efekata postavljenja i realizacije događaja najbolje se ogleda kroz dugoročne koristi, koje proizilaze iz događaja. Ukoliko se sagleda savremena industrija događaja (posebno mega i tkz. halmark događaji), može se uvideti visok stepen uticaja događaja na okruženje. Uticaji događaja na okruženje mogu se ogledati kroz razvoj infrastrukture, zapošljavanje, povećanje BDP, socijalnu interakciju, kulturnu i turističku afirmaciju, itd. Ovaj rad stavlja fokus na ekonomske uticaje događaja, tj. kako se ispoljavaju ekonomski uticaji događaja na okruženje. U radu su dati prikazi koristi od događaja na primeru Olimpijskih igara u Pekingu i Londonu, i Exit festivala, kao glavnog zabavnog događaja u Srbiji. .
AB  - Events are everywhere around us, and they are not merely representing a response to human leisure, but a significant impact on the quality of people's lives. It might be said that, through history, human's need for trading directly created events. In modern society, events have a strong role in social and cultural life, and they can give great contribution in the field of entertainment and economy. The importance of the effects of events is mostly reflected in the long-term benefits. If we consider the industry of contemporary events (especially the so-called mega events and hallmark events), stands out that events have a great impact on the environment and the society in general. The effects of events on the society are reflected by the development of infrastructure, employment, GDP growth, social interaction, cultural and tourism promotion, etc. This paper puts the focus on the economic impacts of events and considers their possible demonstrations in the social environment. The paper also presents specific advantages of event organization based on examples, such as the Olympic Games in Beijing and London, and Exit festival, as a major entertainment event in Serbia. .

AB  - Primećeno je da većina turista izbegava destinacije sa narušenom životnom sredinom. Forme provođenja slobodnog vremena se sve više odvijaju u prirodnom ambijentu gde je bogat kulturno-istorijski, etnografski i eko sadržaj uvek dobro došao. S obzirom na neočekivano brz razvoj turizma koji je počeo da predstavlja ozbiljan rizik za životnu sredinu i blagostanje stanovništva, postepeno je turizam počeo da se razvija u važan faktor u kontekstu održivog razvoja. To je prouzrokovalo da mnoge destinacije, u želji da se prilagode novonastalim trendovima, turistima omogućavaju uživanje i sticanje znanja o prirodnim, istorijskim i kulturnim karakteristikama jedinstvenog okruženja, uz očuvanje integriteta mesta i podsticanje ekonomskog razvoja i dobrobiti lokalne zajednice. Ključno pitanje koje se postavlja kada je u pitanju održivi turizam je kako održivi razvoj pretvoriti u praksu u oblasti svih turističkih aktivnosti - od masovnog, do turizma u prirodi i specijalnih vidova turizma. Kao odgovor na postavljeno pitanje javlja se ekoturizam. Upravo se ovaj vid specijalnog turizma identifikuje kao šansa za unapređenje turizma na mnogim destinacijama. Veliki broj svetske turističke populacije koja učestvuje u globalnim turističkim migracijama ima povećanu ekološku svest i želju za boravkom u zdravoj životnoj sredini, upoznavanje flore i faune zaštićenih predela, itd. Kako bi bile uspešne, ekodestinacije se moraju naći u funkciji održivog razvoja i poboljšati kvalitet života, ekonomski razvoj, individualno osećanje blagostanja i to putem smanjenog korišćenja neobnovljivih resursa i pritiska na životnu sredinu i čoveka.
AB  - It has been noted that most tourists avoid destinations with the disturbed environment. Leisure time recently takes place in a natural environment where cultural, historical, ethnographic and eco content is always welcome. Rapid growth of tourism has became a serious risk to the environment and welfare of the population, which caused the fact that tourism has gradually started to develop itself into an important factor in the context of sustainable development. This led many destinations to adapt new trends allowing tourists to enjoy and gain knowledge about the natural, historical and cultural characteristics unique environment, while preserving the integrity of creation and fostering economic growth and benefit the local community. The crucial question is how to put sustainable development into practice in the field of tourism activities - from mass tourism, tourism in the nature and specific forms of tourism. In response to this question appears ecotourism. This specific form of tourism has been identified as an opportunity for promotion of tourism on many destinations. A large number of tourist populations that participates in the global tourist migration have increased environmental awareness and desire to stay in a healthy environment, learning about flora and fauna of protected areas, etc. In order to become successful, eco-destinations have to be found in terms of sustainable development and improved quality of life, economic development, individual sense of well being and all that through the reduced use of nonrenewable resources and pressure on the environment and man.

abstract = "Primećeno je da većina turista izbegava destinacije sa narušenom životnom sredinom. Forme provođenja slobodnog vremena se sve više odvijaju u prirodnom ambijentu gde je bogat kulturno-istorijski, etnografski i eko sadržaj uvek dobro došao. S obzirom na neočekivano brz razvoj turizma koji je počeo da predstavlja ozbiljan rizik za životnu sredinu i blagostanje stanovništva, postepeno je turizam počeo da se razvija u važan faktor u kontekstu održivog razvoja. To je prouzrokovalo da mnoge destinacije, u želji da se prilagode novonastalim trendovima, turistima omogućavaju uživanje i sticanje znanja o prirodnim, istorijskim i kulturnim karakteristikama jedinstvenog okruženja, uz očuvanje integriteta mesta i podsticanje ekonomskog razvoja i dobrobiti lokalne zajednice. Ključno pitanje koje se postavlja kada je u pitanju održivi turizam je kako održivi razvoj pretvoriti u praksu u oblasti svih turističkih aktivnosti - od masovnog, do turizma u prirodi i specijalnih vidova turizma. Kao odgovor na postavljeno pitanje javlja se ekoturizam. Upravo se ovaj vid specijalnog turizma identifikuje kao šansa za unapređenje turizma na mnogim destinacijama. Veliki broj svetske turističke populacije koja učestvuje u globalnim turističkim migracijama ima povećanu ekološku svest i želju za boravkom u zdravoj životnoj sredini, upoznavanje flore i faune zaštićenih predela, itd. Kako bi bile uspešne, ekodestinacije se moraju naći u funkciji održivog razvoja i poboljšati kvalitet života, ekonomski razvoj, individualno osećanje blagostanja i to putem smanjenog korišćenja neobnovljivih resursa i pritiska na životnu sredinu i čoveka., It has been noted that most tourists avoid destinations with the disturbed environment. Leisure time recently takes place in a natural environment where cultural, historical, ethnographic and eco content is always welcome. Rapid growth of tourism has became a serious risk to the environment and welfare of the population, which caused the fact that tourism has gradually started to develop itself into an important factor in the context of sustainable development. This led many destinations to adapt new trends allowing tourists to enjoy and gain knowledge about the natural, historical and cultural characteristics unique environment, while preserving the integrity of creation and fostering economic growth and benefit the local community. The crucial question is how to put sustainable development into practice in the field of tourism activities - from mass tourism, tourism in the nature and specific forms of tourism. In response to this question appears ecotourism. This specific form of tourism has been identified as an opportunity for promotion of tourism on many destinations. A large number of tourist populations that participates in the global tourist migration have increased environmental awareness and desire to stay in a healthy environment, learning about flora and fauna of protected areas, etc. In order to become successful, eco-destinations have to be found in terms of sustainable development and improved quality of life, economic development, individual sense of well being and all that through the reduced use of nonrenewable resources and pressure on the environment and man.",

AB  - Nautički turizam ima visok trend rasta, a najveći porast očekuje se upravo u našem delu Evrope. Prognoza je i da će do 2020. godine nautički turizam biti jedan od vodećih oblika u industriji turizma širom sveta. Zbog velikih potencijala za razvoj ovog vida turizma u regionu, u izrazito perspektivne projekte spadaju oni koji imaju za cilj povećanje konkurentnosti nautičkih proizvoda: marina, usluga turističkog čartera, kao i 'rečnih kruzera'. Izgradnja nautičke infrastrukture (pristaništa, marina, turističkih atrakcija posebno na Dunavu, a u manjoj meri i na Tisi i Savi) treba da doprinese većoj posećenosti Vojvodine i da ojača njeno povezivanje, kao regije, sa dunavskim rečnim turama ali i doprinese turističkoj ponudi i ekonomskom razvoju šireg okruženja. Sa Dunavom, koji u Vojvodini dobija punu snagu, kao i pritokama Savom, Tisom, Tamišem i Nerom, kanalima, gastronomijom i preko 700 manifestacija godišnje, kulturološkim, sociološkim obeležjima, Vojvodina može kreirati mnoge turističke proizvode i stvoriti veću vrednost za buduće posetioce.
AB  - Nautical tourism has a high growth trend, and the greatest increase is expected to be in Balkan area of Europe. Forecasts predict that, until 2020, cruise business will be a leader in the global tourism industry. Large development potential of nautical tourism in this region, considers extremely perspective projects which involve increase of competitiveness of the following nautical products: marines, tourist charter services, and river cruising. Construction of nautical infrastructure (ports, marines, tourist attractions on the Danube) should contribute to a greater tourist visit to Vojvodina, and as well to strengthen its connection with the Danube region, tours and tourist offer and contribute to the economic development of the wider environment with the facilities of nautical tourism. Vojvodina can create many tourism products and create greater value for future visitors and tourists. AB  - Do pre dvadeset godina putovanje avionom je bila može se reći luksuzna povlastica ograničenog i malog segmenta putnika. Danas je zahvaljujući niskobudžetnim avio-kompanijama taj luksuz postao svojevrsni fenomen masovnog tržišta, koji je tek u fazi razvoja i ekspanzije. Teško da se može pronaći neka grana privrede koja je u svetskim razmerama u poslednjih dvadesetak godina doživela veće promene od avio prevoza. Niskotarifne avio kompanije relativno su brzo osvojile velika učešća na tržištu primenom specifičnih marketinških strategija i redukcijom troškova poslovanja. U ovom radu se daju osnovna obeležja marketing strategija kao i savremenih poslovnih modela niskotarifnih avio-kompanija, pri tom fokusirajući se na tržište Srbije.
AB  - Until twenty years ago air travel was a luxury for and a small segment of passengers. Today, thanks to low-budget airlines that luxury has become a kind of mass market phenomenon, which is just at the stage of development and expansion. We can hardly find a branch of economy that is globally in the last twenty years experienced such major changes as the air transport. Relatively low cost airlines have rapidly gained great market share by applying specific marketing strategies and reducted operating costs. This paper gives the basic characteristics of marketing strategies and business models of modern low-cost airline companies, with the focus on the Serbian market.

AB  - Ekoturizam, kao trend novijeg doba, se svakako identifikuje kao šansa za unapređenje turizma na mnogim destinacijama koje imaju potencijalne resurse za njegov razvoj. Veliki broj svetske populacije učestvuje u globalnim turističkim migracijama sa motivima koji se vezuju uglavnom za boravak u zdravoj životnoj sredini, unapređenje ekološke svesti, upoznavanje flore i faune zaštićenih predela, itd. Kako je utvrđeno Strategijom razvoja turizma Republike Srbije do 2015. godine, Srbija bi, kao potencijalna međunarodna turistička destinacija, trebalo da iskoristi sve raspoložive resurse i time stekne uslov za razvijanje pojedinačnih oblika turizma. Pomenuta strategija posebno ukazuje na podršku i razvoj tzv. selektivnih oblika turizma koji se odnose na: zdravstveni turizam, velnes turizam, Vojvodina, kao geografski turistički klaster, se ocenjuje kao klaster visokog potencijala, ukoliko se uzme u obzir njen geostrateški položaj i svi ostali prirodni resursi kojima raspolaže. Ovi resursi se ogledaju u 23 zaštićena prirodna dobra koja su već u manjoj ili većoj meri na ponudi ekoturizma Vojvodine. Uz neophodnu valorizaciju postojećih potencijala i resursa i pravilan marketing-menadžment pristup, ekoturizam u Vojvodini može da bude sredstvo veoma povoljnog pozicioniranja na međunarodnom turističkom tržištu.
AB  - Ecotourism as a trend of modern time is definitely identified as a chance for the improvement of tourism in many destinations that have potential resources for its development. Vast number of world population participates in global touristic migrations with the motives that are usually linked to spending time in healthy natural environment, getting to know flora and fauna etc. According to the Strategy of the tourism development in the Republic of Serbia until the year 20 5, Serbia as the potential international touristic destination, should use all of its available resources and create conditions for development of individual means of tourism. Previously mentioned strategy especially implies to support and development of so called selective forms of tourism which refer to: health care tourism, wellness tourism, ecotourism, rural tourism etc. Vojvodina, as a geographical touristic cluster is rated as high potential cluster, taking in consideration its geostrategic position and all the natural resources. These resources consist of 23 protected natural goods, which are already more or less on the eco touristic offer. With the necessary valorization of current potentials and resources and appropriate marketing-management access, ecotourism in Vojvodina can easily position itself firmly on the international touristic market. .

AB  - Iako su sajmovi stare i klasične tržišne institucije, oni i dalje imaju nesmanjen značaj u poslovnom svetu. Uprkos postojanju novih oblika trgovine i promocije, sajmovi su za turističku industriju nezamenljivi. Sajmovi turizma predstavljaju direktne susrete globalne turističke ponude i tražnje pod istim krovom. Kako svetsko iskustvo pokazuje, kako za stvaranje i povećanje tržišnog učešća, tako i za promovisanje poslovnog imidža, učešće na turističkim sajmovima je sve popularnije.
AB  - Although fairs are old and traditional market institutions, they still have unabated importance in the (modern) business world. Despite the presence of new forms of business and promotion, fairs are still irreplaceable in the industry of tourism. Tourist fairs represents direct contact between the global demand and supply under the same roof. As actual worldwide situation and trends points out, for the creating and raising of the market share, and for the promotion of the business appearance, tourist fairs are becoming more popular every day. .

AB  - Jedno od najpropulzivnijih segmenata transportnog tržišta u poslednjih 20-tak godina svakako predstavlja tržište avio usluga. Od prvobitnog mita o Dedalu i Ikaru, da čovek može da leti, pa do prvog modela aviona braće Rajt i sve do današnjih supersoničnih aviona, avio saobraćaj je menjao mnogo lica, ali je zadržao osnovnu svrhu, a to je da ljude, što je brže i bezbednije moguće preveze do njihovog odredišta. Svetski vazdušni saobraćaj je odavno izašao iz početne faze razvoja i ekonomski se osamostalio, a direktne državne intervencije su sve manje orijentisane na investicije i subvencije (pogotovo u razvijenim zemljama gde je došlo do konsolidacije vazdušnog saobraćaja). Srbija (kao i zemlje regiona) je postala interesantno tržište za mnoge nacionalne i niskotarifne avio-kompanije. Tek će se borba na ovom tržišnom segmentu razviti, s obzirom da su mnoge velike i poznate kompanije već uspostavili letove, a mnogi najavili svoje prisustvo. U ovom radu se daju osnovna obeležja poslovnih modela nacionalnih i niskotarifnih avio-kompanija, pri tom fokusirajući se na tržište Srbije i na vazduhoplovnu politiku u okviru ukupne ekonomske, saobraćajne i razvojne politike zemlje. .
AB  - One of the most propulsive segments of the transport market in the last 20 years is certainly the air service market. Since the myth of Daedalus and Icarus, that the man can fly, until the first Wright brothers aircraft model and up to today's supersonic aircraft, air traffic changed many forms, but kept the basic purpose, which is that people, as quickly as can safely transport to their destinations. World air traffic has moved from the early stages of economic development and became independent, so direct state interventions and investments are subsidies (especially in developed countries where there is a consolidation of air traffic). Serbia (and countries in the region) has become an interesting market for many national and low-cost airline companies. The battle on this market segment are developing. Many large and famous companies have already established flights, and many have announced their presence. This paper presents the main features of business models airline companies, with the focus on the Serbian market and the airline policy in the overall economic, transportation and development policies of the country. .
